What is A Night With Bookbox?

A Night With Bookbox is a box dedicated to black romance readers and authors. Each box will include a book signed by an Indie author and 4-6 items that create an immersive experience with the book and/or characters.

This box is not your typical subscription box. Actually, it is not a subscription box at all. Each box will be periodically released throughout the year. Release hints and a countdown will be provided prior to a box sale beginning.

The featured book will be disclosed after the boxes have shipped and received by the majority of Bookbox customers.

Who is the intended audience?

Due to the nature of the books, the Bookbox is for adults 18+ only.

What is the ordering process?

Once sales open, the box (and book) will be available for purchase for 30 days. Sales will not reopen once closed. At that time, we will begin preparing your Bookbox. Some items may be perishable and will be obtained following the close of the sale to ensure freshness for all recipients.

How long will it take to receive my Bookbox?

Our goal is to ship all orders within 60 days of the sale period ending. Ship dates will be subject to processing and shipping times of the products.

If the book has an exclusive cover, hardback cover, or is a limited edition, it may take longer for processing. If this occurs, updates will be provided. We will regularly provide status updates until your Bookbox ships.

How much does the box cost?

The box price will vary depending on the contents. However, there are no additional fees. The price is inclusive of shipping costs and taxes.

How often are the boxes released?

Bookboxes will release periodically throughout the year. This will ensure a strategic book selection, author collaboration and contribution, and the development of the box. Once the box is curated, the release countdown will begin.

When will my order ship?

We strive to have all orders shipped within 60 days of the box sale ending. Shipping times will be dependent upon the procurement of items. Updates will be provided if there are any delays.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are final and may not be canceled.

Boxes are not available for resale.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

All orders are final sale, but please email info@anightwithbook.com immediately if your order has arrived damaged.

How can my book be featured in a box?

Please email info@anightwithbookbox.com and provide your name and the name of the book you would like to submit. Each book will be taken into consideration as an option for a box. The review process does not guarantee inclusion in a future Bookbox. Authors will be notified if a book is selected.

We may request an ARC copy if the book has not been released yet.

How can my product be included in a box?

Please email info@anightwithbookbox.com and provide your name, your business information, and what product(s) you are interested in having included. Requests do not guarantee that a product will be included in a future Bookbox. Products selected are based on the featured book.

Although a product may not be selected for the current Bookbox, it may be selected for a future box. Product submitters will be notified if a product is selected.
